Dear Patients,
It is with reluctance and sadness that I am forced, due to my recent illness, to close my oncology practice on June 30, 2020.
If you are a current patient here you will be receiving a letter with instructions regarding oncologist/hematologists in the area for you to transfer your care. My office can either transfer your records to a physician of your choice or provide you with a copy of your medical record. My staff will be available to assist you in the transfer of your care and records until July 16, 2020.
I am sorry that I cannot continue as your physician. I extend to you my prayers for your future health and happiness. It has been my honor and privilege to be involved with your care.
